Shipping
All packages are tracked and shipped from our Singapore office via our selected third-party delivery partners after processing and fulfilment. While we do our best to be quick with dispatch, there are times where there can be delays. You'll receive a tracking number & courier's company details after your items have been dispatched. You can follow the status of your order through the provided courier’s tracking number and website.

Local (Singapore)
Delivery takes about 1-3 days after being dispatched.
Malaysia
Delivery takes about 3-6 days after being dispatched.
Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand)
Delivery takes about 6-12 days after being dispatched.
Countries in the rest of the world, including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Africa, America, Europe and the Middle East.
Delivery takes about 6-14 days after being dispatched.
Delays
As our packages are fulfilled via third-party delivery services, we do not have any control over any shipment. We will do our best to update you with any information on delays. Do kindly keep track of your parcel status through the provided tracking number or link.

Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Reclé.

Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.

For festive postings to major cities, it is advisable to add another 5-10 working days to the above estimated delivery time.
Wrong Delivery/Shipping Address
All orders are processed as quickly as possible, so it is likely that we will not be able to amend your delivery address once your order has been placed. For this reason, please double-check your address during check-out and before making a payment to complete your order.
If you happen to realise that you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address, please submit a ticket immediately asking our team if they can amend this information for you. Please mention the correct address so that, if possible, we will change it for you right away.
Please note that we cannot guarantee change of address requests will be successful as this depends on the status of your order when your request is reviewed. It can take our team up to 48 hours to review your ticket, by then, your order might already be fully processed.
If we cannot amend your shipping address, your order will be delivered to the address you entered during checkout and you will be responsible for retrieving it.
If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery (or undelivered deliveries), it will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund (excluding the shipping cost). We will not resend any returned products, so you will need to create a new order if you would still like to receive your products.
Tracking
Your tracking number might not be updated within the first two days after receiving it, it is likely that your parcel have not been updated into tracking system yet.
Please note that your tracking number is bother generated and updated by our selected courier, it is best to contact them directly to query the most up to date status of your order. We do not have any control over the delivery after being dispatched.
Lost Packages
Once your package has been handed over to our third-party delivery partners, it is under the responsibility of the courier company. Reclé shall not be responsible for any lost parcels. All packages will be insured with a basic coverage hence any reports of lost packages will be escalated to the respective third-party delivery partner. Reclé will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims, if any, on a case-by-case basis.
